Oxóssi Productions, LLC

Oxóssi Productions was founded in 2017 by Gerry Schroeder, PhD, (a.k.a Gerald Lynn Schroeder, PhD), Clinical Psychologist, and Amy B. Hermann, Psychotherapist (LMFT, LPCC).

From 2017-2022, Oxóssi Productions created, published, and presented educational materials to promote self-awareness, personal growth, relaxation, and increased awareness of the natural environment. Its mission was inspired by the spirit of Oxóssi: taking careful aim in hopes its messages and images open your heart to help you discover your own truth and find peace in the present moment.

About Oxóssi

Oxóssi is a Portuguese name pronounced, “Ōshŏsi.”

Oxóssi is one of the spirits of the Candomblé religion in Brazil.

Oxóssi is the lover of the arts and the hunter of the forest. With his crossbow and arrow, he ventures beyond familiar territory to hunt and acquire food, positive energies, good influences, and helpful information to bring back to the village. Oxóssi has only one arrow, and therefore must take careful aim to hit his target.
